We along with the Stove Industry Alliance believe that the provision and maintenance of the supply of heat during the winter months is an essential service.
We are continually reviewing our procedures to minimise the risk of spreading the virus.
If you are a retail customer and need, fuel, spares, flue or are a trade customer an appointment is not essential.
If you require warehouse repairs these can also be dropped off and collected without an appointment.
However, by calling or emailing beforehand we will aim to get your order ready and save you time.
We are able to take telephone orders and payment for contactless collection or have items delivered to you at cost if preferred.
